Visual Studio crashes - Can not open project

Delete contents of these 2 folders

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\VisualStudio\
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\ComponentModelCache

Then run the VS.NET as admin, 

otherwise it won't be able to renew the Roaming folder correctly.
